4 new cocktails join our menu to fight the heat this summer. It’s probably a crappy excuse to throw a party, but who cares! Saturday 22, Tony Schwa will be DJing from our backyard while we present our new ‘tragos’ to the public.
Our team has come up with a great combination of tropical fruits and fresh flavors that will go down as water in the desert:
Gosling’s Rum, papaya puree, pineapple juice, coconut cream, a dash of curry and cinnamon.
Sobieski Vodka, cantaloupe puree, cucumber, basil, lemon juice, simple syrup, and soda.
Tres Pesos Tequila, muddled avocado, muddled jalapeno, agave, lime juice, grapefruit juice and Jarritos grapefruit.
Guava to Me Baby
Cuatro Gs Pisco, muddled guava, basil, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
Tony Schwa is a DJ who originated in small Allentown, Pennsylvania and then moved to Dallas. His father owned a record shop which influenced Schwa’s musical career later in life. He began to DJ around 2005 and had been playing in different venues throughout Dallas over the years. He is perhaps most well-known for his event The Cool Out at The Crown and Harp, which was where his career started. Schwa has been praised in the Dallas Observer for his, “tropical sounds” and is mentioned in D Magazine in that “If you build it, they will come. Cool out founder, Tony Schwa is proof.”
