Our Vietnamese bánh mì sandwiches are house-made from scratch. Our sandwiches are layered with roasted garlic aioli, the protein of your choice, hand-cut pickled radishes and carrots, crisp slices of cucumbers, 2 slivers of jalapeños, and topped off with a beautiful sprig of cilantro.
Good to know 411:
Our meats sit in flavorful baths of marinade for 24 hours. Using fresh, quality ingredients as well as minimizing food waste is extremely important to us! We'll grill up every last piece of delicious meats or tofu until we're sold out.
Lots of love is poured into everything we make, to ensure that each bite is layered with all the fixings that make for an authentic Banh Mi sandwich, crisp Vietnamese salad, and super fresh Springroll.
