This is an integrative workshop that combines a multitude of meditation techniques designed to soothe the mind, work through emitions, relieve anxiety and cultivate awareness of mental patterns. This class is open to all levels — including those who have never meditated. Participants can expect to learn mindfulness tools that they can practice in their daily lives.
Please bring a notepad and pen, yoga mat (if you don't have one that is okay), small pillow or even a blanket so you are comfortable during the meditation.
