Please join us for a very rare treat on Monday, September 11th 2017, at 7:30 p.m., as we welcome guest Chef Lori Finkelman. You may remember her as head chef of the late, great Riviera restaurant in Dallas, and she’s spent more than a decade cooking for world leaders and top executives as executive chef at ExxonMobil.
The menu for this special dinner includes passed appetizers and four courses for $70 per person plus tax and gratuity. Call 214-823-8550 for reservations. This is not a BYOB event and we will have wine available for purchase.
Lori Finkelman Bio
''The halls smelled like chocolate!", she said after visiting The Culinary lnstute of America. After graduating first in her class, Lori drove from NY to what she thought was the Wild West- Dallas. She stayed two years honing her chops working at the swanky, brand new Cafe Royale, in the Plaza of the Americas Hotel. A grueling year long apprenticeship in Mougins, France with M. Roger Verge followed. But Dallas lured her back, to open The Riviera with a team of talent. (The same year as Routh Street Cafe and the Mansion on Turtle Creek opened. No pressure.) Twelve years later, she became the Executive Chef at ExxonMobil's World Headquarters in Las Colinas. The chance to build a dream kitchen, prepare outstanding food for top world leaders and mentoring culinarians
kept her there for 22 years. She's now on to a new chapter. Stay tuned.
