REVOLUTION POWER30 // ATHLETE RIDE
Show your GRIT in this high-intensity cycling workout designed to push you to your max. Steep hills, fast sprints and power surges will inspire you to unleash your inner athlete and feel like a BO$$! Enjoy a motivating playlist, encouraging instructor and engaging athletic drills. Cycling shoes are NOT required and we do NOT offer cycling shoes for rental or purchase. You are welcome to bring your own cycling shoes and clip in for your ride. Our bikes accommodate SPD clips. Sneakers or cycling shoes required; 30 minutes

REVOLUTION CYCLE45 // RHYTHM RIDE
Get ready to sweat and move to the beat of the music in this cardio party on a bike. The lights are low, the music is loud and the playlists are always on point! We end the ride with a short upper body toning circuit using our signature figure 8 resistance band and then ride high through the finish line. Cycling shoes are NOT required and we do NOT offer cycling shoes for rental or purchase. You are welcome to bring your own cycling shoes and clip in for your ride. Our bikes accommodate SPD clips. Sneakers or cycling shoes required; 45 minutes​

REVOLUTION TONE50 // CYCLING + TONING
Bring on the sweat and feel the muscle burn in this one-of-a-kind cycling and total body toning class. You'll spend the first half of class jammin' out in an energizing rhythm ride. After you've worked up a sweat, you'll hop of the bike and sculpt long, lean muscles in a total body toning circuit using a full body resistance band. Cycling shoes are NOT required and we do NOT offer cycling shoes for rental or purchase. You are welcome to bring your own cycling shoes and clip in for your ride. Our bikes accommodate SPD clips. Sneakers or cycling shoes required; 50 minutes
