The best place for parking is P2 in the underground garage accessible from Mockingbird, turn under the bridge, or 75 service road, turn after Old Chicago Pizza (easier to avoid the street level center).
We'll start from Corepower which is upstairs like the Angelika theater but closer to 75, so take the stairs up to the top level. For the run, we'll take the Katy Trail north to the Ridgewood Trail for an eastbound out and back. Water fountains are at Ridgewood Park and 3 mile turnaround at Northwest Highway bridge.
After the run (8:15ish), we'll do a short & stretchy yoga flow in Studio 2. Everyone will need to check in, so if you haven't been to Corepower before, fill out the kiosk or 1st timer sheet. EVERYONE will have the opportunity to start a FREE WEEK OF YOGA or you can just take this one class for free. You are welcome to use the restrooms there and lock up your stuff.

After yoga, our next door neighbor, The People's Last Stand (thepeopleslaststand.com
), will host us. They have both indoor & outdoor seating, full bar, and bites. TBD special in the works! Many other establishments are at your disposal as well.
